How Voip Can Mask The Size Of Your Business And Save You A Bundle

Have you heard the buzz about VOIP (Voice Over Internt Protocol)? Basically, it's like communicating over the phone without a phone. Instead you plug your microphone into your computer log on to a website and "boom" you're talking baby. You may be saying "Hasn't this been around for a while?", and you'd be right. But with the advances recently made to internet technology this once "nice to have" product available to everyone, dial-up or broadband. No long distance charges, no entry fees, no codes to remember and even better, with the better services, you can share applications and web browsers.

The ease and convenience of unlimited global calling from your computer. In addition to voice communication, you can send and receive group or private text messages. When you make a presentation to a group, everyone can see the same visual on their own screen.

VOIP technology is turning telephone technology upside down! VOIP will soon become the preferred method of communication. This technology allows business managers to conduct meetings with full audio-visual interaction from the safety and comfort of their office or home. Uses are limited only by your imagination.

Here are a few of the uses we have discovered VOIP applications being used for:

  • One-On-One Tutoring

  • Online Computer Classes

  • Communicating with kids in college

  • Business Teleconferencing

  • Board Meetings

  • Blueprint review

  • International calling (no extra cost)

  • Establishing online communities

  • Supporting International Downline Members

  • Online Church Services
And the list goes on...There is no need for anyone to know that you are working from your home. One person I spoke with is using the system to conduct a computer class. She simply announces the class topic, dates, times and price. When people sign up she sends them an email with her link and a passcode. No one even knows that she is working from home or that she is the only person in her organization. The technology is reliable, clear and rivals or exceeds any of the online learning environments offered by "online schools". Another person is using the system as a means of conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions. Because of the fact that she is no longer constrained to people in her "immediate area" her business has expanded and she has actually had to turn away clients.

There are several service providers and the best by far that we have discovered is ICon Communicator by Madison Dynamics Incorporated. The voice clarity is incredible and the options available set it apart from the rest. The prices are more than reasonable and are often lower than their competition for the same number of "seats" (Seats ore the number of people you can have online with you). You can review their service offer at www.MDIVOIP.com.

Other capable service providers are Go To Meeting and Intranets.

The Role of the Spiritual Warrior

What power do we hold individually in the midst of the havoc being wreaked upon our world? What steps can we take regarding the anxiety people feel all across the nation?

All these questions bring me to one answer and one answer only- to hold clear to our individual light and radiate peace to all of humanity and the planet. We are powerful individuals. When combined together, we hold the key to our future on the Earth. We have the ability to shift the energetic structure of the planet. When enough individuals hold the same intention, prayer and thoughts of peace for all, then it brings a very powerful energy into being- the power of LOVE.

We have been taught in metaphysical teachings that there exist only two emotions- Love and Fear. All other emotions are simply derivatives of these two original emotions. When feeling anything other than love, or its derivatives of peace, joy, harmony and pleasure, then fear reigns. Fear has been described as the absence of love. All energy begins with love.

These unsettled times of fear that continue to be pushed to the forefront by the media and individuals seeking false power and attention while bordering on fanaticism are challenging for us all. Remember that it is always a choice to be caught up in the fear, or stand on the sidelines experiencing love and simply witnessing the fear as it flows by.

Being a witness to fear instead of an active participant is the first step to holding love within your heart. As you observe others in fear, you choose to only observe. This action keeps the fear from being fed. A witness does not add fuel to the fear, but holds compassion in their heart and shines that light of love into the darkness of the fear. Compassion is love combined with forgiveness. Can you find love within your heart for others that are trapped within their own cycle of destruction? If you can, you are beginning to understand the path of the witness. The role of the witness must be understood as a precursor to being initiated as a Spiritual Warrior.

The Spiritual Warrior seeks peace for humanity by radiating love.

Keeping peace, love and harmony for all as your focus, the Spiritual Warrior does not do battle. The Spiritual Warrior changes the outcome of the battle that is being fought externally by allowing his/her inner awareness, light and power to beam out into the heart of the darkness, shining light into the otherwise empty space where love once lived. Remember that fear is simply the absence of love. What steps are you willing to take to change the world? Open your heart to other possibilities. Can you envision yourself as a Spiritual Warrior? Look into your heart and allow the truth to emerge. You may find that you have always been a Spiritual Warrior looking for an opportunity to radiate.

Color Psychology Will Make Or Break Your Sales Success

Color psychology is the biggest question I receive on a regular basis. The reason being is it's importance. Color is a trigger that is associated with traditions and used in marketing over the years so well that they must be honored or sales are lost.

Color will also trigger reactions. It is a given. This is why you must know how to choose the right color for the right reaction at the right time.

Because of a color's relevance to success in marketing, I always like to continue sharing and repeating in some cases, what colors to use and when.

Here are eleven of the basic colors. These colors work for triggers on Americans only. Every country, culture, have different representations for color. If you are even selling to the Asian culture in the United States, the colors will change. Learn the colors of whom you are selling too and sales will blossom just like a rainbow of tulips in your garden.

Quick List

Red
Red creates excitement, displays strength, is used to express s*e*x, passion, speed and danger. Use appropriately and it works extremely well.

Blue
This is the most popular color. Why? Because it builds trust, reminds people of sky gazing/dreaming. Thus, builds trust, conveys reliability, a sense of belonging, coolness (in the 1980's sense), refreshing and clean.

Yellow
We think of the sun and sunshine, it's warmth, being cheerful and happy. Place it together with blue and thoughts of sitting on the beach or looking out over the ocean connect.

Orange
Orange isn't used much in marketing. On a computer screen it looses its hue. When it is clearly visible that it is orange, it conveys playfulness, triggers child-like behavior -- great in workshops if you want to take people to that place, it also conveys warmth and vibrancy.

Green
When we think of green we associate with trees and grass. This brings up associations with nature, freshness, coolness. It also means growth and abundance. Money is green and we are automatically associating green with prosperity.

Purple
Royal purple brings up pictures of royalty. Conveyed through the centuries from religion and palace decorations isn't going to change any of our associations today. Purple means spirituality and dignity as well.

Pink
Usually associated with femininity, it means soft, sweet, nurturing and many times security. The security of motherhood and all that it represents. As females mature they sometimes lose their feminine side due to business stiffness. To bring it back in surround yourself with pink for a year. Pink blouse, suit, watch, and household items.

White
White and black aren't really called a color but we recognize them as such. White represents pure, purity, virgin, clean, youthful and mild. This is why white backgrounds work better than black backgrounds on a website.

Black
Black can trigger representation of the dark side of things in certain situations. Usually when black is the dominant color on the page. It can also represent sophistication, elegance, mystery. Black in clothing is seductive and thus will represent the same thing in many marketing materials -- even though it is only a mindful trigger and not a voiced one.

Gold Gold is worth more than silver or copper but not diamonds. Since we've been taught to associate gold with value, that is exactly what is triggered when we see it in marketing materials. It can seldom be used in marketing materials though because the color usually isn't duplicated well. On the Net it gets confused with yellow a lot and what yellow represents.

Silver Silver also represents prestige just like gold. It too, is a hard color to express on the Internet or in printed materials. It sends signals of cold or scientific. This is why silver kitchen appliances sell so well. It also represents cleanness in some instances, especially kitchens.

This isn't all the colors of the rainbow, they are the most important ones in marketing. Use them wisely and they will make a difference in sales -- or the type of response you are looking for.

In PR, You Pay When You Stray

Don't let yourself be diverted by communications tactics playtime. You know, straying from the main Public relations game plan by juggling a press release against a radio interview, or a brochure against an op-ed.

Those "beasts of burden" who will carry your message to you target audiences will come in handy at the right time.

For you, the main public relations consideration must be attracting the support of those external audiences whose behaviors have the most effect on your enterprise. But you must do it by first achieving the positive changes you need in their perceptions and, thus, behaviors.

You get both using this strategic approach to public relations which means your chances of achieving your organizational objectives are clearly enhanced.

It all starts with the fundamental premise of public relations shown just below.

"People act on their own perception of the facts before them, which leads to predictable behaviors about which something can be done. When we create, change or reinforce that opinion by reaching, persuading and moving-to-desired-action those people whose behaviors affect the organization, the public relations mission is accomplished."

The core strength of those comments lies in the behavior changes that can take place among your key, outside audiences. When those changes occur - and the combined perceptions of members of that important external "public" begin to move in your direction - it can spell public relations success.

For instance, with a strong factual basis, you convince area activists gathering at your plant gate that (1) you don't dump chemicals into the river, and (2) both State and Federal investigations found that to be true. When they finally clear out, you've limited the damage an expensive and long-lasting disruption could have caused. That saved the organization cold, hard cash!

What happened? You managed to change the perception of those activists which, predictably, led to the change in their behavior that you desired. In other words, a successful use of public relations' fundamental premise.

While public relations can bring real power to bear, and while there's a well-worn path leading to each success, truth is, you can't change perceptions, and thus behaviors of your important outside audiences if you are not in touch with them on a regular and meaningful basis.

That's why it's so important to interact with members of each target audience, and ask questions. What do you think of our services, our programs, or our products? Are you satisfied? Listen carefully for signs of a misconception or a factual inaccuracy. Is there a belief alive out there that simply isn't true? Do you detect a hurtful rumor that must be squashed?

The answers you receive let you establish your public relations goal. For example, correct that inaccuracy, clear up that misconception, or get out the facts in order to neutralize that rumor.

But how will you actually reach that goal? With a clear and urgent strategy.

Fortunately, in dealing with perception/opinion, we have just three options available to us. Create perception/opinion where there is none, change existing perception, or reinforce it.

The goal you established will quickly tell you which strategy choice you must make.

But, of course, what you say to that target audience, in pursuit of your public relations goal, is crucial. Your message must be persuasive, compelling and clear as a mountain stream. It also must be credible and believable, which means truthful in all detail. It should also address the particular inaccuracy, misconception or rumor head on and not allow room for any further misunderstandings.

Now, how do you get that carefully chiseled message to the attention of members of that key, target audience? I still call them "beasts of burden" because they carry messages from Point A to Point B. Communications tactics are the answer, and you have a huge selection from which to choose. Everything from open houses, contests, news releases and speeches to brochures, community briefings, letters-to-the- editor, emails, radio/TV and newspaper interviews, and lots more.

Sooner rather than later, you will wonder whether you're making any progress. And the only realistic way to nail that down is to go back to members of that target audience again and ask them the same questions all over again.

The big difference this time around is, you're looking for signs that opinion/perceptions have begun to change in your direction. By that I mean clear indications that the miscon- ception is clearing up, or the inaccuracy has been corrected, or that a negative impression is slowly turning around.

Truth is, that's when this strategic, and powerful approach to public relations - supported by appropriate tactical firepower - delivers the altered perceptions and modified behaviors promised in the fundamental premise of public relations.

Renee?s Mommy is Here

I still remember the scene vividly. I was getting out of my car at the baby-sitter's house and a little boy comes running out the door. The little boys begins to yell - "Renee's Mommy is here!" I remember stopping in my tracks and thinking - "Oh, that is who I am now - Renee's Mommy." My whole identity is now Renee's Mommy - or is it?

As a Christian Working Mom I have multiple roles, I am Renee's Mommy and Zachary's Mommy as well. I am John's wife, Betty and Eldred's daughter, Karen's sister, church worker, school helper, a therapist, professional coach, and a child of God. Do you often wonder who you are? Where do you fit in with all your roles?

Women have had many roles since time began. The Proverbs 31 woman is a: wife, mother, businesswoman, charity worker, and many other roles. You will recognize in here some of the stresses we modern women face. Proverbs 31:15, 18 states she gets up while it is still dark and her lamp does not go out at night. Does that sound familiar? We are often burning the candle at both ends.

Although are many roles can be stressful there can be great joy in all our many identities. I love being Renee and Zachary's Mom. There is great joy in watching them grow and learn about God and His world. I also thoroughly enjoy my work as a professional coach and therapist. Work provides me great satisfaction. Christian Working Moms often receive a lot of support and encouragement from co-workers. As Christian wives we give and receive companionship, support, and passion (when we pencil it in) with our husbands. Our work at church and school also gives care and comfort for others. We often receive the greater blessing when we work at church or at our children's school.

As a fellow Christian Working Mom I celebrate and applaud all our different roles. Variety in our roles often allows us to manage turmoil in any one area of our lives. The other parts of our lives seem to compensate for the difficult times and help us to maintain balance. I encourage you to rejoice in all God has given you and your many different roles.

Oh, by the way if we meet virtually or in person I'll answer to Kimberly, Renee's Mommy, Zachary's Mommy ..........

Best Cell Phones - Cell Phone Shopping 101

Before the advent of cell phones, communications may not have been as convenient, but life was definitely less complex. Since their introduction into society, the design, features and package plans have evolved to the degree that we now have to do research on cost comparisons and option customization, as well as peruse technical manuals in order to learn how to operate these gizmos before we can ever hit that "send" button. Simply put, we need to find the best cell phone for meeting our needs, and it's going to take a good deal of time to do so...or maybe not.

In the interest of cutting through a lot of the red tape when it comes to isolating the different types of cell phones that are available to consumers today, let's take a look at some of the more popular brands on the current market:

Verizon Wireless

Among the many types of cell phones that Verizon offers, there are myriads of features to be considered when shopping for the phone that's right for you ? or your loved ones, if you're planning to surprise someone with the gift of communication.

  • Motorola ? While each particular model offers its own set of standard features and options, some of the perks that you can expect to find include two-way text messaging, wireless internet readiness, speed dialing, one-touch emergency access, vibrating option, dozen of ringer options, 500-entry phone book and SMS messaging.
  • Nokia ? On most models, you'll find standard features such as color display, various timer types, SMS messaging, two-way text messaging, vibrating option, internet wireless readiness and about a dozen more ringer options than that of the Motorola line. In addition, special features may include an alarm, voice dialing, memo recorder, built-in stopwatch/calculator/scheduler, games and custom graphics for screen savers and wallpaper.
  • Samsung ? This company offers a rather advanced line of cell phones, some of which include options such as Microsoft Windows technology, audio/video color clips, an expansion slot, voice notes, voice recognition, full-color screen, downloadable games, speaker phone, built-in digital camera and the ability to work on documents, spreadsheets and other types of Microsoft applications ? all of these are in addition to the standard features that most other companies offer, such as SMS messaging, wireless internet readiness, two-way text messaging, etc.

Cingular Wireless

This company, too, offers a wide variety of cell phones from different manufacturers, each with its own set of standard and special features. The defining factor for choosing Verizon, Cingular or some other type of company over another is often the pricing structure and how much you actually get for your money.

  • Sony ? Some of the highlights that you can expect from this manufacturer include a x4 zoom digital camera, video camera, PC synchronization, instant messaging, wireless multi-player gaming, modem capability, e-mail, picture caller ID, hands-free dialing, multiple language capability, voice memo, to-do list, mobile web browsing, streaming multimedia viewing capability, customizable faceplates, graphics, themes and a great deal more.
  • Blackberry ? This specialized line of cell phones offers a comprehensive package for those who need something more than just a phone. In addition to the basic cell phone functions, this line also offers features which include e-mail that offers up to 10 separate personal or business accounts, Bluetooth wireless technology, high-speed downloads, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF), backlit QWERY keyboard, icon menu, attachment viewing capability, full PC synchronization, wireless modem, customizable graphics/themes, mobile web browsing and lots more.
  • Audiovox ? Advertised as one of the thinnest and lightest cell phones on the market, the products in this line offer Class 2 Bluetooth wireless technology, high-speed data downloads, Windows Media Player, expandable miniSD memory slot, Windows operating system, digital camera, MP3 player, video capture, infrared port, voice-driven menus, games, polyphonic ring tones, instant messaging, mobile web browsing, predictive text entry, phone book with multiple numbers per name, 175 x 220 pixel color display, hands-free dialing with up to 50 customizable voice tags, modem, four-day standby capacity and a multitude of other features that make this device more like a floating office than just a cell phone.

Siemens Mobile

Siemens offers a couple of different lines of cell phones, including their mobile phone and their next generation products. While these tend to change with the progression of time, since they're specific to particular models, there are some outstanding features that are offered within both of these two lines.

  • Mobile Phones ? Of the many mobile phone models that are currently available through Siemens, some of the features that you'll find include a built-in video/digital camera, instant e-mail access, full-size keyboard capability, Bluetooth technology, comprehensive business features, robust packaging (similar to a rugged laptop), phone pilots, downloads, 3D games, icon menus ? and even a special outdoor model for emergency workers that has sirens, flashing lights and special rescue features. These and dozens of other features are available on the various models in the Siemens mobile phone line.
  • Next Generation Phones ? With their sleek design and attractive packaging, the phones in this line offer a lot in the way of cell phone convenience, including features such as comprehensive multimedia functionality, full line of state-of-the-art entertainment options, virtual assistant, Bluetooth portable car set with wireless telephony technology, music and video downloads, rugged packaging for outdoor use and built-in translators (accommodating languages such as English, Portuguese, Italian, German, Spanish and French), push-and-talk capability (similar to the "walkie-talkie" concept), as well as stunning new designer packaging that targets the business community, young adults, women and much more.

Finding the best cell phone may be a bit complex, but most manufacturers offer enough in the way of available options to provide something for everyone ? no matter what their needs are. Whether you're looking for a cheap cell phone, designer cell phone, rugged cell phone or one that performs most of your daily on-the-job functions, these can be found through local communications merchants, as well as through online major search engines. In addition to cell phone comparisons, you'll also find cellular phone plans, wireless phone plans and cell phone ratings through online research, allowing you to find that "best" cell phone ? whatever it happens to be.

Long Term Unsecured Loan?

In order to understand qualifications for loan approval, let's examine the types of loans; secured and unsecured, and the two types of re-payment plans: short term and long term.

Secured loans have both short and long term repayment plans. These types of loans are secured by a form of collateral, such as the equity in a home or auto. Some lenders will also accept stocks and bonds as security against the loan.

Because these types of loans are secured, the risk to lenders is minimized and allows borrowers to enjoy lower interest rates than unsecured loans. And; even if there are still payments due on an existing auto or home loan, it's possible to get a lower rate than the original loan terms, particularly if the borrower's credit had improved.

Unsecured loans generally have only a short term repayment plan. The most common type of unsecured loan is a payday cash advance, or a signature (personal loan) from a bank. The payday cash advance is a much shorter term loan, most commonly to extend only until the recipient's following payday. A bank signature loan; however, generally has a one year repayment plan. Another main difference between these two types of loans is how the interest rate is calculated. A payday cash advance charges a fee instead of an interest rate, but Federal regulations require lenders to provide an "interest computation" so borrowers can compare rates amongst various loan products and lenders. When a payday cash advance fee is transformed to an interest rate, the sum is much higher than a bank signature loan, which is an actual percentage rate charged over the duration of the loan. But there's yet one more difference between these two loans which makes payday cash advances more accessible. Whereas a bank signature loan requires favorable credit, a payday cash advance does not, making this an attractive loan for bad credit people.

Your credit rating, assets, and the eagerness of a lender to issue a loan, all determine which types of loans you are qualified for. If you have favorable credit, consult your local bank loan officer or; if you desire a business loan, your local SBA. If you have troubled credit, instead of seeking a long term unsecured loan, consider alternatives such as using your home or auto as collateral for a secured long term loan, or consider a payday cash advance for a short term unsecured loan.

Careful What You Wish For...

I have always been fascinated by the concept of "wishing.", especially "collective wishing." If enough people wish for the same thing, does it make it happen? For instance, humans probably always wished that they could talk to each other without having to "go there" physically. Perhaps the invention of the telephone was actually the result of a long-standing collective wish from days of the caveman. From the long lensed perspective of human history, the telephone, which literally manifests far away voices into thin air, truly is a magical object.

There are two very interesting best-selling books available about the subject of wishing. One of them is "Be Careful What You Pray For ... You Just Might Get It' by Larry Dossey and the other is "Wishing Well" by Paul Pearsall, Ph.d.. Both deal with the subject of manifestation.

Wishing Well is more of a how-to book that explains the proper way to wish. The authour talksabout such basics as "not wishing too hard", "not making selfish wishes" and "wishing for the essence of a thing, rather than the thingitself."This is white witchcraft 101 whitewashed with New Age sensibilities; Harry Potter for adults.

Making a negative wish can function like a curse. Pearson says that much of the crap brought upon us in this civilization is the result of collective negative wishing. This got me to thinking about John F. Kennedy Juniour's plane crash a few years ago. For generations now, people have been aware if the so-called Kennedy curse. Was it the mass belief in this curse, a form of negative wishing in itself, that finally brought down JFK's plane? Is it something that we all, subconsciously, thought should happen?

According to both authours, wishes are strengthened when they are the result of a group desire and good intentions. However, when a group begins to wish negatively, from a place of hatred, jealousy or desire, then the wish usually manifests the opposite effect. I remember as a little kid, being more than well aware of the power of this kind of wishing. I use to wish for the opposite of what I wanted or wish the same thing for another (for example: "I wish my little sister would get an ice cream cone" and then I would end up with what I wanted in the first place.

I think I subconsciously knew that a selfish wish would get me the opposite. I might even be taunted by the sight of other children eating ice cream cones Another principle of wishing is "wishing overkill." Wishes come true if they are more likea little nudge --done in a simple way, without anxiety and done from theheart. A well-done wish is comparable to the flapping of the butterflywings in Brazil causing a tornado in Florida. Apparently if you gently nudge the universe with yourthoughts, you're in luck. You have to be part of the universal state ofharmony. If you interrupt this balance with an explosion of will, determinism, selfishness and passion, then you often experience a lashback and see the opposite come into effect. This is similar to witchcraft's 3X3X3 rule: whatever you send out comes back to you. It also explains why disasters seem to escalate and the persistence of Murphy's Law.

Another important principle, brought up by both authours is the principle of "like attracts like". If you are in a state of anxiety and wishing for "more serenity", you are more than likely to find your self surrounded by anxious people who are also wishing for serenity or in a state of even more anxiety. Stating that you lack something actually reinforces its lack. Combine this with the principle of resonance, where a wish in reinforced by the number of people thinking the same thing, than it really makes you start thinking that group negative wishing is actually responsible for many of the ills in the world.

The next time you make a wish, wish well. Wish for the best thing to happen for all concerned and don't be attached to the outcome. When you wish upon a star, it DOES make a difference who you are ...

Hawaii Sport Fishing

If you're coming to experience Hawaii sport fishing, you have one heck of an adventure awaiting you! Anglers from all over the world journey to these deep blues waters teeming with trophy fish. This is where you come to get the big ones. In fact the biggest fish ever caught on rod and reel was a blue marlin caught just off Oahu, weighing in at a hefty 1805 lbs.! Hawaii is so legendary among sport fishing enthusiasts that several "big-game" tournaments are held here every year, including the granddaddy of them all, the Hawaiian International Billfish Tournament, luring fishermen from all over the globe.

Hawaii sport fishing is the home of big-game fish. Some of the species you'll encounter here are three types of marlin; blue, black and striped. It's entirely possible to hook yourself a "grander", meaning a monster fish weighing at least 1000 lbs.! Other top game fish include Ahi (Yellowfin Tuna), Ono (Wahoo), Mahimahi (Dolphin fish), and Skipjack Tuna. All of these babies can give you a reel-spinning run for your money, and an experience you'll not soon forget! In fact the tuna are among the fiercest, most tireless fighters of the bunch! Only the striped marlin is a sometimes resident, showing up only in winter. All of the others can be found year-round. Some of the best fishing spots you'll want to try would include Kona; long regarded as the best big-game fishing in the world. Oahu's North Shore is more famous for it's surfing, but it's just under the surface here where the real action begins! Actually, there's pretty much not a bad place for Hawaii sport fishing: some are just more excellent than others!

Booking your Hawaii sport fishing adventure is easy. There are literally hundreds of charter fishing boats operating here, offering you a ton of choices. Some things to keep in mind would be to consider how long you'll want to be out. Most offer half or full day trips, but also know that of you want the best chance at hooking a big-game fish, a longer trip may be called for to give yourself time to get to the best fishing grounds and keep your line in the water awhile. No experience or fishing license is required, and should you hook a trophy fish, taxidermy can be arranged. Come and experience Hawaii sport fishing and come home with a little something for that bare wall!

What Does Your Credit Score Tell You?

When you apply for a loan or a mortgage, the first thing the lender does is to check your credit score. Based on your credit score, the lender decides the amount of finance you are eligible for and the interest rate at which you will be charged. So what is this credit score and how does it influence your capacity to take fresh credit?

Your credit score is a number that reflects on the likelihood at which you will pay back a loan. Credit scores generally range between 300 and 800. In general, a score of above 620 is needed to avail of a loan at lower costs. If you have a low credit score, it would indicate high risk and would make it difficult for you to obtain fresh credit at reasonable costs.

So what goes into the calculation of your credit score? Credit scores do not take into consideration your income or how much savings you have. Instead, your credit score is primarily influenced by your current debt level, your credit history and how many times your credit report is pulled up by various agencies.

  • A high debt level would lower your scores considerably as it means that you are already financially burdened with many loans and would not have the capacity to take on fresh credit.
  • Your credit history would take into consideration your track record at paying past and present dues. Timely payment of such dues would ensure a higher credit score as compared with late payments.
  • The more frequently your credit report is pulled up by various agencies, more the points docked off your credit score. However, your checking of your own credit report will not affect your credit score as you are entitled to doing so.
To ensure you maintain a decent credit score it's most important that you pay all your bills in a timely and consistent manner and also that you not take more debt than you can handle. If you're able to do that, your credit score shouldn't be able to trouble you too much in life. Take care and be wise with your finances.

Why Having A Niche Automatically Boosts Your Credibility - Become The Expert by Getting Focused

Yes, yes, we've heard it all before... loads of life coaches, consultants and therapists are struggling to make a decent living but still stick at it because they love their job.

Want to know why nearly every coach or consultant out there will always struggle?

...if you're one of them then you're not going to like this one little bit...

It's a lack of CREDIBILITY

BUT before you hit the DELETE key just bear with me...

This lack of CREDIBILITY has a cause...

lack of FOCUS.

If I have a particular thing I'd like to improve in my life or business, wrongly or rightly, I will seek out and trust the advice of a SPECIALIST over a GENERALIST any day of the week.

And that's the problem - LIFE, MARKETING and BUSINESS - is just too general.

If you want to become truly attractive and have CREDIBILITY you need to stand for something. If you're a generic life coach then know this. People want to be able to turn to someone for a specific area of LIFE - this could be relationships, health, wealth etc.

The same is true if you're a generic business or marketing consultant. People want to find the person who can help them with a specific BUSINESS challenge unique to them. You could choose a situation - say Legalised Tax Dodging, Setting Up Automated Business Systems, Getting People Working, Cutting Marketing Costs etc. or you could focus on a particular business-type such as - Solo Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Manufacturing Companies, Coaches, Speakers etc.

So ditch the shopping list right now - you can't be the best at everything - and even if you are no-one will believe you. Choose to be the best (or look the best at one thing). Because as soon as you focus, your CREDIBILITY will skyrocket. You'll have instant ATTRACTION just by getting clear about who you are and what you do.

Let me introduce Mollie McDonald

She has a fun, rewarding job and makes all the money she needs. She gets to add value and improve people's lives every day. She loves her job and I'd hazard a guess that she gets as much, if not more, satisfaction than any Life Coach does from her work.

And yes... she gets to coach, cajole, support and work with inspired clients who want to make a change in exactly the same manner.

Is she doing anything drastically different to all the Life Coaches who are struggling? I know she's not!

But she has done ONE thing differently. She's tapped into a profitable, niche and provided a solution to a genuine gap into a considerably HUGE marketplace. In fact 90% of New Year's Resolutions lead into this one niche perfectly.

Read Mollie's book to learn you she does it...

Finally, some hints and tips while finding your niche...

* "Me Too" businesses are never in as high demand as unique specialists

* Would you trust your GP (General Doctor) to do brain surgery or would you prefer to be in the hands of a brain specialist?

* People don't buy coaching/consulting etc. - they buy the solution. What's their big challenge and what's your solution?

* When you get VERY focused on solutions to problems - you'll be able to make a strong "Targeted Promise". The result? People will seek you out!

Cardio-Boxing for Super Fitness

The major benefits of cardio-boxing include:

? Increased Stamina
? Increased Strength
? Increased Speed
? Increased Coordination

Cardio-boxing also promotes a person's well being by strengthening their self-discipline and combined with strength training it's well and truly the total package for self-defence and fitness and usually consists of:

? Adjusted heart rate work
? Actual boxing techniques

The usual workout consists of the age-adjusted heart rate work starting with 10 minutes for beginners and leading up to 20 minutes for the more advanced. For the second part of the workout, you'll need to perform and practice 20 minutes of actual boxing techniques.

Cardio

The best way to measure the effects of an exercise program on your body is to check your pulse.

The easiest way to check the pulse is to place your index and middle fingers on your carotid artery or the wrist. Immediately after the exercise, count your pulse for 15 seconds and multiply by 4.

You can also check your pulse during the exercise but with safety as a first priority. To get a more precise reading of your pulse rate, purchase an electronic device from any sports store.

Now you have your exercising pulse rate or heartbeats per minute. We'll be concentrating at the upper end of your pulse region: the 50% - 70% ranges.

To figure this out, deduct your age from 220. Suppose your age is 40, deduct this from 220 and you get 180.

50% of 180 is 90 beats a minute,
60% of 180 is 108 beats a minute,
70% of 180 is 126 beats a minute and so on.

Don't jump into 70% work straight away. Start with 50% and slowly work your way up to the 70% upper limit.

Start with no more than 10 minutes, and work up to 20 minutes. Once you're comfortable with working out for 20 minutes at 70% then try to increase the heart rate up to 80%.

Mix up your cardiovascular activities in the gym. Use the treadmill, skipping, rower, climber, and bike and other equipment that might be available to you.

Boxing

The boxing stance is the posture a boxer takes before and after every action depending on whether you are left or right handed. We'll be dealing with the most common; right-handed. For left-handed people, just reverse the instructions.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, with your left foot in front of your right foot. Your right heel should be slightly raised with your left foot flat on the floor and toes pointing ahead.

Bend your knees a little and balance your weight comfortably and evenly. Place your elbows close to your body with your left fist held at head height and in a position that corresponds to your left foot.

The right fist should be at head height also and guarding the chin, with both elbows protecting your body and both fists protecting your chin.

This is your defensive and offensive position after throwing punches, so please practice this before going any further. When moving forward in this boxing stance the left foot moves forward first and then the right follows.

When moving back, the right moves back and then the left follows. When moving sideward to the right, the right foot moves first followed by the left. When moving sideward to the left, the left foot moves first followed by the right.

Practice this moving forward, back and sideward in the boxer's stance until it is done smoothly and quickly. Remember to keep your guard up and elbows tucked in to your sides.

Keep your head at eye level with your upper body leaning forward slightly. In boxing it is important that punches are thrown quickly and then bought back quickly to assume a defensive posture.

Punching

A left jab has many uses, it can be used for both offensive and Defensive actions. From the set stance the left arm is pushed quickly and forcefully forward, the weight is shifted to the front foot. The fist moves in a straight line and straight back again for defence.

At the moment of impact the back of the hand and the lower arm are in a straight line. Keep the right fist in the defensive position and elbow tucked into the body during the movement.

The straight right is also known as the punching hand and can be thrown with considerable force. The arm moves straightforward from the chin, the body weight is shifted to the front foot with the ball of the foot of the back leg pushing into the floor for more power.

The back of the hand is straight and pointing up at the moment of impact. The arm is then immediately pulled back for protection after the hit.

The left hook to the head and body is an effective punch for closer range work. From the set stance turn your left shoulder quickly and move your elbow up to shoulder height. The fist moves in a circular motion to the target, with the elbow bent.

Rotate your hip and body whilst pressing your front left down keeping the back of your fist pointing up and in a straight line with the lower arm. The left hook to the body is similar to the above but increases the rotation of the body

The right uppercut is also carried out at close range. Drop the lower part of your punching arm until the lower and upper arm is at right angles to each other. The back of your hand should be pointing away from you, now thrust your arm forward and upward to your target.

Shift your body weight to your front leg and rotate your hip and shoulder on the same side. Remember to keep your left fist guarding your chin during the entire movement. Now practice all your punches until they are done quickly and smoothly.

To develop speed and endurance, try punching straight left and right combinations into the heavy bag. The duration of the exercise period is the same as the rest period i.e. 10 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds exercise, 20 seconds rest, and so on. Move up higher as your condition improves.
